IRISH COUNTRYWOMEN’S ASSOCIATION There are 1,000 I.C.A.
Guilds all over Ireland today and every woman over 16 years of age is
welcome to join. We have 18,000 Members nationally, who co- operate
in a voluntary way to achieve their objectives. The guilds in each County
form the County Federation. Through the I.C.A. women all over Ireland are in constant
touch with the Government at National and Local level and I.C.A. Representatives
sit on many National Committees. If you become a Member of the I.C.A. it will open the door to a whole new world of opportunities for you. You are cordially invited to come along to a meeting of Claran I.C.A. Guild in Claran Hall on the first Monday of every month at 8.30pm (Summertime) & 8.00pm (Wintertime) The I.C.A. is a great way to meet new friends and learn new skills. If you are a little shy (and sure, aren't we all?) give a ring to Ann Greaney on 093-35470 and she will arrange for you to be collected from your home, or have someone meet you at the door of the Hall. Bantracht na Tuaithe Open to all. New Members welcome. President: Mary Fahy Secretary: Ann Greaney |
